The Service Advisor assists with customer concerns, and directs workflow. The Advisor is also responsible for helping to ensure that the service department operates under safe conditions according to established policies and procedures and in compliance with federal, state, county and municipal regulations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers and to exceed their expectations •Performing daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of department sales and gross profit, customer effective labor rate, customer flat rate hours per R.O., menu package sales and technician productivity •Training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all service department staff •Oversee and monitor technician dispatching to assure the correct operation of the computer system •Being knowledgeable of ADP and all of the functions relating to the performance of the service advisors •Performing service advisor functions in the event of illness, training, or vacation •Resolving customer complaints in a fair and equitable manner •Ensuring a quality check has been performed on all completed repair orders •Staying up to date on new models and product improvements •Having knowledge of warranty guidelines and the ability to relate them to warranty repair orders •Answering customers’ technical questions regarding car problems, warranties, services and repairs •Problem solving and following action plans to ensure Service Department profitability •Ensuring that the service drive, cashier lobby and the customer lounge areas are kept clean at all times WE MUST FILL 2 to 3 POSITIONS IMMEDIATELY TOYOTA OF MIDLAND OFFERS...
